SCREW CAPPERS WITH DESCENDING HEAD

This machine is used for capping pilferproof aluminium caps with original seal, with or without drip-catcher. 
This features of this model is a descending capping head.

The bottle, with the cap placed manually on the neck, is placed on the support plate. By pressing the 2 buttons at both sides of the base, the closing head descends and seals the capsule in a few seconds

The machine is suitable for closing PFP caps from a minimum of Ø 18 mm to a maximum of 43 mm. The 4 rollers NO CAP NO ROLL closing head is completely manufactured in s/steel and it’s adjusted for closing 1 cap size. For each different diameter, it is necessary to purchase a supplementary closing head. Please note that this machine is suitable for PFP caps and not MCA or BVS since it can apply a 70 Kg maximum vertical pressure.  

This capping machine is able to close twist off or plastic screw caps, just changing the closing head.

The bottle is placed on the support while the capsule – twist off or plastic screw cap – is placed in the mandrel internal part.

The closure is performed by a magnetic clutch with an adjustable torque from 0 to 4 Nm. For twist off caps the machine is equipped with a magnetic s/steel mandrel, while for plastic screw caps, we manufacture custom made s/steel mandrels that hold the cap through a ball and spring system. An adjustable pneumatic system holds the bottle during the capping operation for preventing it from spinning.

The machine is equipped for closing 1 cap size (plastic or twist off). For each different format it is necessary to purchase a supplementary mandrel.
