TWIST OFF PNEUMATIC CAPPER FOR TWIST OFF AND PLASTIC SCREW CAPS
Air operated capper designed specifically to close easily and with great accuracy twist off or plastic screw caps.
This capper is able to close glass and plastic containers The operator put the cap in the cap pusher and presses the buttons placed at both sides of the base. The closing head descends toward the cap, closing it while a pneumatic system blocks the container preventing it from spinning. The pneumatic clutch can be manually adjusted between 1,5 and 9,5 Nm or 0,4 and 4 Nm according to the torque required to close the cap properly .
The machine is suitable to close a wide range of cap sizes just by changing the cap pusher. Small dimensions and weight make this machine handy and easy to carry Strong and reliable, this capper allows the operator to close about 600 jars / hour.
